1 Extraction of electric field

我们要清洗的是油烟净化器中的电场，在取出电场之前，必须先把设备的电源开关关闭，然后小心取出电场。

We need to clean the electric field in the fume purifier, before we take out the electric field, we must first turn off the power switch of the equipment, then carefully remove the electric field.

2准备清洗的水

2 ready to wash water

先准备好一个装水的容器，容器的大小应该能装下电场。在容器中注入温水（40~50度），然后向水中加入进口重油清洁剂，按照比例（1：20）配置，轻轻搅拌让进口重油清洁剂溶解在水中。注意水量应该能浸没过电场。

First prepare a container for water. The size of the container should be able to contain the electric field. Inject the warm water (40~50 degree) into the container, and then add the import heavy oil cleaner to the water, according to the proportion (1:20), gently stir the imported heavy oil cleaners in the water. The amount of attention should be immersed in the electric field.

3浸泡电场

将取出来的电场放入容器的水中，让其浸泡20分钟，每隔2分钟提起电场，循环多次提起，直至电场干净。

Place the electric field in the container, immerse it for 20 minutes, lift the electric field every 2 minutes, and lift it repeatedly until the electric field is clean.

4电场放置地面

将浸泡后的电场拿出来，并平放于干净的地面。

The electric field after soaking is taken out and put on clean ground.

5水枪冲洗

5 water gun flushing

用水枪直接对着电场冲洗，将电场冲洗干净。用水枪冲洗是因为水枪的冲力比较大，能够把那些浸泡不掉的污垢冲掉，让电场更干净。

Rinse the electric field with water gun directly to the electric field. Washing with water pistol is because the power of the water gun is relatively large, so that the dirt that can not be soaked can be washed away to make the electric field cleaner.

6晾干电场

将电场放在架子上，让电场上的水自然晾干，晾干后把电场重新装回净化器中。

The electric field is placed on the shelf to allow the water on the electric field to dry naturally, and then the electric field is re installed into the purifier after drying.

7 UV灯管清洗

7 UV lamp cleaning

UV灯管也是净化器最重要的一部分，也是最容易破损的，在清洗过程中要拆下来进行清洗。

The UV tube is also the most important part of the purifier, and it is also the most easily damaged. It should be removed and cleaned in the process of cleaning.

1、拆卸。按照拆卸规范进行操作拆卸灯管部分，注意电气插头部分的保护。

1. Dismantling. Remove the lamp part according to the dismantling specification and pay attention to the protection of the electrical plug part.

2、防护。清洗中做好防护，用胶带进行密封插头部分，防止水进入到电气部分。

2. Protection. In the cleaning, we should protect well and use the adhesive tape to seal the plug part to prevent water from entering the electrical part.

3、清洗。用配置好的药液喷洒在灯管的表面进行稀释，大约10分钟后用抹布轻轻擦拭，如果一次清洁不干净，需要再次喷洒药液直到干净为止。

3. Cleaning. Spray on the surface of the lamp with a good solution, and then dilute it on the surface of the tube. After about 10 minutes, wipe it gently with a rag. If one clean is not clean, it is necessary to spray the liquid again until it is clean.

4、安装。安装前检查灯管的电气部分，用干净的抹布进行擦拭，保持干燥，插头连接处清洁度要100%的无油污或其他杂质，保持接触良好，避免松动接触不良现象发生。

4. Installation. Before installation, check the electrical part of the lamp tube, wipe it with clean cloth, keep dry, the cleanliness of the plug connection is 100% without oil or other impurities, keep good contact, avoid loose contact phenomenon.

5、调试。调试前再次检查擦头部分的接触和干净度，通电十分钟进行观察，无任何异常现场即为工作正常，否则继续检查故障点。在调试过程中如发现插头、连接线、电源或者密封原件有损坏现象，及时进行更换。

5, debug. Before debugging, check the contact and cleanness of the head part again, watch it for ten minutes, no abnormal scene is normal, or else continue to check the fault point. During the commissioning process, if the plug, connection line, power supply or seal original are found to be damaged, replace them in time.
