排烟管与附件的安装
Installation of smoke exhaust pipe and accessories
1、排烟管宜采用钢管或铸铁管。当采用焊接钢管时，其壁厚应大于3mm；管道连接宜采用焊接。当采用法兰连接时，法兰面应平整，并应有密封槽；法兰之间应衬垫耐热胶垫。
1. The smoke exhaust pipe should be steel pipe or cast iron pipe. When welded steel pipe is used, its wall thickness shall be greater than 3mm; The pipe connection should be welded. When flange connection is adopted, the flange surface shall be flat and provided with sealing groove; Heat resistant rubber gasket shall be padded between flanges.
2、埋设于混凝土内的铸铁排烟管，宜采用法兰连接。

3、排烟管应沿轴线方向设置热胀补偿器。单向套管伸缩节应与前后排烟管同心。柴油机排烟管与排烟总管的连接段应有缓冲设施。

The expansion joint of one-way casing shall be concentric with the front and rear smoke exhaust pipes. The connecting section between the exhaust pipe of diesel engine and the main exhaust pipe shall be provided with buffer facilities.
4、排烟管的安装，应符合下列规定：

（1）坡度应大子0.5％，放水阀应设在最低处；
(1) The gradient shall be greater than 0.5%, and the drain valve shall be set at the lowest point;
（2）清扫孔堵板应有耐热垫层，并固定严密；
(2) The blocking plate of cleaning hole shall be provided with heat-resistant cushion and fixed tightly;
（3）当排烟管穿越隔墙时，其周缆接地箱 隔离墩模具 保定电动门 铜狮子 u型槽模具 SMT贴片焊接 收费岛模具 水泥井模具围空隙应采用石棉绳填充密实；
(3) When the smoke exhaust pipe passes through the partition wall, the surrounding gap shall be filled with asbestos rope;
（4）排烟管与排烟道连接处，应预埋带有法兰及密闭翼环的密闭穿墙短管。
(4) The connection between the smoke exhaust pipe and the smoke exhaust duct shall be embedded with a closed through wall short pipe with flange and closed wing ring.
（5）排烟管的地面出口端应设防雨帽；在伸出地面150～200mm处，应采取防止排烟管堵塞的措施。
